Where is the Laboratoire de Glaciologie ? The Lab is situated on the Solbosch Campus, in building D along the Avenue Depage, 30 on level 4 (corresponding to 2nd floor) on the left side of the building .

How to reach the ULB Campus Solbosch?

By car

From Namur (E411): at the end of the motorway, in front of the ULB sign located on the Plaine campus, turn left. Then, at the traffic lights, turn left again on the "Pont Fraiteur" (bridge) and carry on straight ahead ("Av. de l'Université") to reach the campus.

From Liège (E40): at the end of the motorway, follow the direction "Bruxelles Sud". At the end of the "Boulevard Général Jacques", take "Av. Buyl" on the left.

From Mons-Paris (E19): leave the motorway at "Drogenbos" and follow the direction "Centre Ville". At the "Square des Héros", turn right into the "Av. De Fré" and go staight till the "Chaussée de Waterloo" to enter into the "Bois de la Cambre" (woods) on the right. At the first crossroads, turn left and then take the first road to the right ("Av. de l'Orée"). Finally, drive straight to the "Av. Franklin Roosevelt". Turn left to reach the campus.

From Oostende (E40): follow the direction "Centre Ville" and take the tunnels. At the "Louise-Louiza" exit, take the tunnel to the right ("La Cambre") and continue along the full length of the "Av. Louise" till "Av. Franklin Roosevelt". The Solbosch campus is located on your left.

From Antwerp (E19): take the "Ring (RO)" to the east up to the intersection of the "E40-Liège" motorway.

By train

From "Bruxelles-central": take bus "71-Delta" and step off at bus stop "ULB".

From "Bruxelles-Midi": take Metro 2 or 6 direction "Simonis Elisabeth". You can stop at "Louise-Louiza" and take tram "94-Hermann-Debroux" until stop "ULB". You may also stop at "Porte de Namur-Naamsepoort" and take bus "71-Delta" and get off at the bus stop "ULB".

From "Etterbeek": take bus "95-Wiener" for 2 stops and step off at "Cimetière d'Ixelles". Then you have a 5 min. walk along the "Av. de l'Université" to reach the campus.

From "Bruxelles-Nord": take tram "25-Boondael" till "ULB" or take a local train at the station to reach the "Etterbeek" station (20 min.).
